A designated differential to make personal reference as opposed to "White Allen". Eg.: Always late, leaves work 4 hours too early, bad attitude, possibly with anti-social, schizoid, or paranoid personality disorder.

"Black-Allen must have worked last night, all the gloves are masks are gone!"
