Also tight-ass: One (esp. female) who won't give it up (booty, snatch, whatever). Can be induced by money, power, style or merely the illusion of it. Other similarly arbitrary criteria may apply.

Look at Trudy, she's such a tightass. She won't give it up for anyone!
