Douche wand

A person that is much like a douche bag but is buried up to his neck in rotting, smelly, puss covered vagina, and is most likely to annoy almost anyone with overly douche like remarks that resemble the water and vinegar that spray out of the bag through the wand.

Man, did you hear what Bobby said to that girl trying to pick her up. What a huge douche wand!!!!

mexican butt-worms

Mexican butt-worms are what you pick up in mexico after eating from a taco cart or tamale stand that is less than sanitary. They are also different from other butt-worms because they wear sombreros.

Did you hear about Steve's trip to Tijuana? He got a bad case of the mexican butt-worms after eating at a filthy taco stand.
