Hot handshake

When your butt is cupped my another persons hand, and you expel gas (fart) into their palm.

Woman: “hey, lover, have you ever had a hot handshake?”
Man: “no dear, what is a hot handshake?”
Woman: “place your hand over my butt”, while she strains vigorously to push out a fart that may or may not be wet.
