the condition of being trapped in the slow lane of traffic behind a semi truck or slow moving vehicle, with no opportunity to pass because there is a line of cars in the other lane that won't let you in.
If that driver would have planned ahead, he wouldn't have been georged by us and stuck behind that three trailer semi.
