A very ignorant West Indian girl, usually of Guyanese or Trinidadian descent. A ramphertwat is uneducated but has a belief that she is smarter and better than everyone around her. She makes jokes of traumatic events such as wars and terrorist attacks. She must possess bad grammar and hoodrat tendencies.
I corrected that ramphertwats grammar on her status about doing drugs before and after her SAT's and she threatened to get her terrorist uncles to 'merk' me.
