This is an extreme wedgie technique, in which the victim has lego pieces shoved in their ass or privates and then given any form of wedgie. This usually causes some form of harm.

leggings wedgie 

A type of wedgie, in which the victim is given a nice, hard wedgie, but instead of it being the underwear, it's the leggings being pulled up. This is primarily done on girls.

I gave Kristin a leggings wedgie yesterday.
