Acronym for Young Annoying Professional. Generally mid 20s to mid 30s, still wet behind the ears, but very ready to assert their booksmarts in annoying ways in the workplace. Tend to travel in over dressed packs and can be loud and demanding in bars in their over exuberance.

This place is full of yaps, let's go a truck stop instead.
