The Grotto Girls are notorious for bullying fans, especially young women or those who catch William White's attention, become his love interests, or receive gratitude from him for gifts. They claim to obtain private information about him from his mother, using it to assert dominance within the fan group. The Grotto Girls often make sexually explicit comments to William White during live streams and on social media. They also financially support his admitted drug habit, seeking attention and status within the fan group in return. GG members are typically identified by a flame or red high heel emoji or a logo with their profile picture, though many have stopped using these symbols due to their association with the harm caused to William White.
