The contorted face a guy makes as he's blowing his load in a woman. It also relates to the thought that goes through a guys head as he busting a nut- "Hah! Little vixen, I got you!"

schiavo'd

It means left to die, withering, pigeon holed (like with a career), shit-holed (kinda sounds like schiavo'd), etc...

I think I've been schiavo'd at work since the boss gives me nothing but nasty looks these days.
