These two words can be used in many ways, like insulting or talking about someone's mother. Of course, the things people joke about are entirely inappropriate, usually. Sometimes they aren't too bad.

Jeff-Hey, Joe!
Joe-Yus, Jeff? What's up?
Jeff- YO MOMMA IS WHAT'S UP!
Joe-That didn't make any sense.
Jeff-YO MOMMA DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE!
Joe-Man, seriously?
Jeff-Yo momma, seriously?
Joe-This is too hard to deal with. You're a big idiot.
Jeff-YO MOMMA IS BIG!
