A replacement phrase used synonymously with the oft-used term "killing it." While both phrases are supportive, the idea of healing something brings forth a benevolent connotation to the conversation. Instead of ending life to accomplish, one is raising the vibrational frequency, giving and supporting life in a love-based way.

Any positioning of the body with intersecting and contorted extremities that emulates a knot.
Any contorted posture that is standing, squatting, seated, reclined, inverted or otherwise displaying a knot-like shape of the body.

Vo did the dopest bodyknot in tonight’s rehearsal.
