Cochliariocleithropalatophobia
The highly specific fear or anxiety of a spoon becoming horizontally wedged or trapped between the upper teeth across the roof of the mouth. Derived from the Greek cochliarion (spoon), cleithro (trapped), and the Latin palatum (roof of the mouth).
