To be huth (H-oo-th) is to be tight, but in a loose way. Something very good, but in a casual, loose way.

Person A: How was last nights hangout?
Person B: It was Huth

Colleague 1: How is the new supervisor?
Colleague 2: She's quite Huth. I like her style.
