The weird kid that sits in the back of the classroom doing shady shit, such as jerk off during math class or sniff a line. Other characteristics are not wanting to shake hands in church, bring dirty panties to elementary school, or hack into another person's account on some website, ensuing havoc by littering the account with swear words.
