PND; noun: Post-Nut Depression, colloquially referred to as the After-Boner Blues, is a term used to describe the depressive symptoms following a male orgasm, especially after copious amounts of pornographic visual stimulation. Side effects often include, but are not limited to feelings of guilt, shame, self-disgust, social anxiety/numbness, increased appetite, dominant arm aches, drowsiness, irritability, lethargy, and a tedious mess to clean up.
