A state of high in which one has surpassed his or her physical THC intake limit resulting from excessive marijuana smoking. Typical symptoms include paranoia and unsocial and inactive behavior. Skin can also appear to have a hint of green to it on rare occasion.
"Dude, what's wrong? You look a little green."
