A term used to refer to the sub-section of "Gamer Bro" culture that has a very bad habit of using slurs and racist remarks while playing videogames. Alternatively refers to racist people who also play videogames.

Oh yeah, Brad? He's a hard r gamer- real shitty person. I'd avoid him.
