It means anything you want it to. Absolutely anything. It's usually used to get out of unfortunate situations, or to just be a dick!

Wife: Honey, do you wanna have kids?
Husband: Barbar.

Innocent Man: PLEASE, I'LL DO ANYTHING AS FOR YOU TO NOT KILL ME.
Dick: Barbar.
Innocent Man: Huh D:?
Dick: *stabs*
