Spin off of GTL means Gym, Combat Tan, Laundry. This happens when you are in the military deployed to a shithole country ie; Afgahnistan/Iraq, and get those sweet tan lines on your hands and face from being in combat gear fo 12 months.

Heading out on deployment for 12 months ready to get my GCTL on.
