Example: "You can't reason with that group they've turned into a bunch of full-time JUSA-crats."

Claiming to speak on behalf of an entire population through an umbrella council without ever consulting or getting a mandate from the actual people on the ground.

"They keep UUCSA-ing us by issuing national press statements like they own the whole community's opinion."
