Usually somebody in a military (real or fictional) setting having delusions of grandeur, often acting like somebody only second to god himself and being generally narcissistic. Thus earning the sarcastic title of Carolus Rex, a swedish king. Notably pared sarcastically with the Sabaton song 'Carolus Rex.'
A: He wants us to say his name when we pray, makes me think he's turning into a Carolus Rex knockoff.
