Gypsy
A person who lives in a trailer park and or wears no shoes of any kind.
Tends to ride a magic carpet as that's his only means of transportation due to his gypsy background.
They swim in 4" deep pools, thats there pastime.
Most of the time they cant seem to accept there gypsy-ness, so they are hard to spot out.
