Definitions by Twista Dimes

A fake Gen Z phrase that sounds like it means something, but doesn’t. Used when you want to sound terminally online, confuse people, or answer a question without actually saying anything.
It can mean hanging out, doing nothing, doing everything, or whatever you need it to mean in that moment. The point is that nobody can call you on it.
“What did you do this weekend?”
“Oh nothing much, I was just twisting a doogy.”
“Bro said he was twisting a doogy at the function. I still don’t know if that’s a flex or a cry for help.”
“Don’t worry about it. Just keep twisting a doogy and they’ll think you’re in.”
