A pitiful person who somehow reached the same level as an ugly stray cat. Usually shows up late at night, rarely even given pity food.

"So after the party last night Ryan tried going home with me."

"OMG, did you seriously sleep with him?!"
"No way! I couldn't even bring myself to kiss that siko on the cheek!"
