Foolish one who is going at a high rate of speed due to being on drug stimulants such as Meth , Cocaine, or adderall. These particular people are always multitasking and never finish a project once started N if they do it’ll be months or years until finished.

Bobby has just snorted a line of go, now look at him, he’s turned into a twacksta. He’s gone turbo!
