A statement of distress and personal frustration. Use this at only the most dire and mentally straining moments.
Example - Getting pissed on by a depraved old man outside a 7/11.

Eg ( Ahh man, this is a bitch me up!) or in the act of a bitch me up. ( Stop bitching me up please oh pretty please!)
