When you have burped the word "ICE" but done it deliberately and blantently into someones face.
In other words:
Blantant "ICE" means "BLICE"

Peter: "Oh hello John, how are you?"
John: "Yeah I'm all goo...BLICE!!!"
Peter: ¬_¬ "Thats fucking disgusting"
