A puny, weak figure. Usually known to have a weak sense of humor, keep their v-cards (tax not included) till death, and reject the emotion of fun.

Emily: omg are you really checking out that Cessa?

Betty: Yeah.

Emily: Trust me, you'll regret it if you like having fun. Cessas do not like fun.
