Cumbalaya 

A New Orleans inspired dish that is infused with cum and served to pompous Yelp food critics. The term is inspired by South Park and their episode about Yelp food critics who think they deserve to have their asses kissed.

Server: That douche at table 3 bragged about being a food critic on Yelp and he ordered the jumbalaya. He demanded special treatment!

Chef: Oh really? Special treatment? Looks like he's getting some cumbalaya.
