To present an overly exaggerated, bug-eyed appearance of hyper-alertness, most often caused by the complete lack of sleep associated with the ingestion of large quantities of stimulants.
I was gonna let him borrow my car this morning, but when he showed up , homeboy was gourneyed beyond belief. He was shaking so bad he couldn't even get the key in the ignition.
