Tommytism 

Autism at the highest level, including "with your fine ahh", "a huh huh huh huhhhhhhhhh". It also gives you the ultimate ability to smell austism off of others, but tommytism is a special case it only kicks in at random intervals, uncontrollable and is very rare. It is sometimes mistaken for tourettes but do not be mistaken it is most likely tommytism
