A pair of abnormally, disproportionally huge breasts on an otherwise slender female - which might only be seen amongst a female "circus" performer.

A short, pudgy, plump unattractive female with a cantankerous personality, & nasty attitude - and is a complete wench to all females of normal or smaller size, especially if the latter are smoke-shows (aka HOT).
