1. An obnoxious word shouted by those who enjoy drawing attention to themselves. Usually followed by an profanity such as "mofucker" or "bitch"

2. Meeyah usually relates to the most obvious answer to a question, rather than something either off topic or tasteless.

A. "Meeyah mofucker!"

A. "Meeyah!" meaning "yes"
