Basically a more problematic version of a toddler or a tween. Immature or just cool, they wish they were still a teenager so bad. Perhaps in their 40s + but they remind you of max from an extremely goofy movie or that character from zits.
I missed out on a lot in my youth, that's why I wearbeanies and act like such a twaddult.
