Pretty much a McGangbang on steroids... Take a double quarter pounder with cheese, split it in half. Put a crispy (club/classic) chicken sandwich in the middle, reassemble. (Buns for crispy chicken sandwich are optional).
Customer: could I get a McMindfuck)
Order-taker: sure, would you like anything else with that?
Customer: yeah, I need(orders half the menu)
O-t: anything else?
Customer: 2 large fries and an extra large coke. That's all.
