Captain Underpants come from Piqua Ohio. There used to be an underwear festival but people are offended butthurt babies who aren't mature enough to wear or see others wearing underwear in public. Orrrrr maybe noone wears underwear anymore? A mystery. BRING BACK THE UNDERWEAR FESTIVAL!!
