Patmand

The Patmand is somebody who is excessively captivated by titties, especially big titties. In other words, he or she adores the tits. As an example, a Patmand would always favor a great set of tits over an evenly great booty, something that only the Patmand would understand.

The official definition of the Patmand is when someone favors tits over booty in a 65% - 35% favour. Lastly, the Patmand will never reveal himself, hence it is up to his social circle to help he or she out in the light.

As a Patmand would always say, that's right in the tits.
