The term applying to people who have two or more failed marriages under their belt.

John: Jane, will you marry me?
Jane: John, as you know, I am nuptually challenged. I'm not really good at being married. Can't we just date forever?

Women who get married more than two times. Often, they idolize the concept of marriage or they enjoy the wedding process.

Jane: Hey Mary, did you hear? Tina is getting married again.
Mary: I'm so not surprised. She is such a serial bride!
