A word used to describe someone lacking knowledge due to a shortage of time spent in the field in question.

A word used to describe someone with just a short amount of time left to spend at said location/job/incarceration etc etc...

I sent the new guy to the supply to get a can of A1R he's been gone for a half hour now,. Yeah them shorthairs fall for it every time...
