People who can't
touch anything
hot, who are extra sensitive to
hot things. (A phrase used in Japan, as far as I know).
Foe example, when someone can't hold a hot cup of tea without a tissue (or something else to cover the
cup) and usually waits
till it cools down, one can use this phase "so-and-so person has
cat hands".
