Flour tortilla

A Hispanic male or female who looks Caucasian. These people usually have little to no Hispanic features. They are called Flour because of their white skin and tortilla because of their Hispanic dissent.

Dude I’m not white I’m Hispanic. I’m just a flour tortilla.
