Pumpkin Nipple.

An enlarged puffy aerola on a woman's breast with a disporportinately large nipple. The end result looks like the top of a pumpkin.

"Last night, I was with this chick. I took off her bra, and staring me in the face were the biggest pair of Pumpkin Nipples I have ever seen!"

"This shirt is chafing so much, it's giving me a Pumpkin Nipple."
