Adfauxcate

Someone who claims to advocate for a group but does so in bad faith, having harmful intentions or practices towards them. Can also be a verb, the act of nefariously "advocating" for a group.

"Don't donate to Autism Speaks, they're a bunch of autism adfauxcates who want to 'cure' us."
