1. To act like an autist or to say things with no context, correlation, or background as to why you're saying or doing those things. Like Tourette's but all verbal.

2. To respond in ways that don't make sense or to make random noises with your body.

"Why the hell is he saying all that shit?"
"Don't worry, he's just having another nateism."
