The act of someone pinching/squeezing the area right below the shoulder blade, and twisting in a clockwise/counter-clockwise motion. Depending on your quickness and the pain you conflict, you may have anywhere from 2-12 seconds to squeeze and twist.
Guy1: Where were you yesterday?
Guy2: I was getting replaceable surgery for my back nipple.
