When a man tries to tell a woman something about herself. Her anatomy or some misconception about how women are or 'supposed' to be. Different than 'mansplain' which is a man trying to explain anything to you .. HIMformation is a man trynna tell a woman something about herself. That he has no idea about. And is obviously wrong. like always.
