When an individual is androgynous (meaning they demonstrate both masculine and feminine characteristics) solely because they are fat.

A combination of fat, androgyny, and tragedy.

"Hey you see that fat kid?"
"They had some severe fatrogyny going on. I couldn't tell if it was a guy or a chick."
