1. It is a composite word of cunt and anus. Both derogatory words. Anuscunt is simply a combination of these two words,to emphasize the unpleasantness.

2. An anus being used as a cunt; i.e. an anus being penetrated by some object of penislike nature.

1: "For fuck sake Ted, stop being such an anuscunt and do the damn dishes!"

2: "Seeing as you are a man, just like me, I will have to have sex with your anuscunt."
