We use the term "3 Sólido" we want to classify drunk people from 0-10. If any of the people have a rather high blood alcohol percentage, but who thinks that this is completely sober it is said that 0-10 is a "3 Sólido", where 10 is a value less than "3 Sólido".

Friend: She's in a 3 Sólido
